A recent complaint from the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is accusing Mozilla of violating federal labor law by refusing to hire a programmer for a job as a software engineer because of online discussions she led about her job search. Hugh Murray spoke with Law360 and said that the new complaint serves as a reminder to employers to be cautious about poking around workers’ social media.
