McCarter & English adds three partners to its Indianapolis office, expanding the firm’s services in insurance coverage and commercial and environmental litigation. Brent Huber, Amy Berg, and Louie Jorczak bring decades of experience helping clients manage and remediate environmental liabilities.
Brent Huber is an experienced litigator who has spent his career helping policyholders recover insurance proceeds in cases involving environmental contamination, losses associated with natural disasters, and other complex business disputes. Amy Berg’s practice combines scientific, regulatory, and legal experience, which inform her ability to advise clients on environmental, food, agricultural, regulatory compliance, and litigation matters involving both state and federal programs.
Louie Jorczak’s practice includes environmental liability and related insurance coverage matters, representing commercial landlords, developers, tenants, owners and lenders in cases involving real estate assets and environmental cost recovery.
