Louie Jorczak helps clients resolve business disputes involving contractual issues, commercial real estate, financing, environmental recovery, and insurance coverage matters. Louie’s environmental and real estate litigation experience includes cost recovery claims under the federal Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA or Superfund), as well as claims involving contaminated properties and maximizing money damages for property owners. He also represents lenders, owners, and developers in commercial mortgage foreclosure, leasing disputes, construction disputes, and condemnation matters, and handles a range of complex commercial disputes, including non-compete, breach of contract, and breach of warranty claims.
Prior to his law career, Louie was an Economics and Government teacher for 11 years at Wawasee, Cathedral, and Guerin Catholic High Schools. Louie has also served as a coach of various football, baseball, and softball programs.
