McCarter & English announced that it represented Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service Inc. (Nasdaq: CTNT), a provider of logistics and warehousing services and international trading services, in connection with an at-the-market offering (“ATM”) pursuant to which the company may offer and sell, from time to time, shares of its Class A common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to approximately $35.3 million.
