McCarter & English Represents Pacific Century Securities, LLC as Sales Agent in $100 Million “At-the-Market” Equity Offering of Class A Ordinary Shares of Recon Technology, Ltd.

McCarter & English announced today that it represented Pacific Century Securities, LLC as the sales agent for the $100 million at-the-market offering of the Class A ordinary shares of Recon Technology, Ltd. (NASDAQ: RCON), the oil and gas field service company.

The McCarter & English team was led by partners Huan Lou and David Manno with associate Evelyn Li.
