McCarter Submits Amicus Brief and Presents Oral Argument for the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce in Securities Case

McCarter partners Dan D’Alessandro and David Kott submitted an amicus brief on New Jersey State securities law on behalf of the New Jersey Chamber Commerce in Grewal v Credit Suisse. On July 2, 2020 Mr. D’Alessandro presented oral argument in the New Jersey Superior Court Law Division on Defendant’s motion for partial summary judgment.
