Delaware Supreme Court Chief Justice Leo E. Strine Jr., one of the state’s top legal minds, has announced that he plans to retire—a decision that was met with appreciation for his contributions to Delaware corporate law. He is often regarded as a tough questioner with a wry sense of humor.
