The Role of LSRPs and Environmental Consultants in Litigation and Dispute Resolution

Environmental professionals are at times engaged to serve as litigation experts. More frequently, they find themselves involved in cases when their work sites become the subjects of lawsuits and they are brought in as fact witnesses. This half-day class provides guidance to LSRPs and environmental consultants on best practices of expert and fact witnesses, and it explores the consultant’s role in other dispute resolution processes.
