On December 7, 2021, a federal court in Georgia entered an Order applicable nationwide enjoining the Government from enforcing the federal contractor vaccine mandate in covered contracts of federal contractors and subcontractors. Thousands of employers have developed policies designed to ensure full vaccination by January 18, 2022 and establish workplace protocols required by the FAR and DFARS clauses mandated by agency class deviations.
