Briana Josephs is a litigation attorney in McCarter & English’s Miami office. Briana focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters involving a wide range of legal issues in state and federal court.
Briana earned her JD from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar. While attending law school, Briana served as a student clinician for the Immigration Clinic, advocating for clients in matters relating to naturalization and status adjustment. During this time, Briana also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert A. Mark of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Prior to joining McCarter & English, Briana gained commercial litigation experience at a complex commercial litigation boutique in Miami.
