Briana Proudfoot focuses her practice on commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and financing. She assists in drafting leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other commercial real estate agreements. Her clients include public and private real estate developers, landlords and tenants, financial institutions, state agencies, and universities.
Briana also worked at the firm as a summer associate in the Real Estate Practice Group during law school. She graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, where she served as Article Editor of Suffolk University Law Review. While in law school, she received the Distinguished Brief Award and Honorable Mention in Oral Advocacy Award in the study of Legal Practice Skills. She also received the Jurisprudence Award in the study of Evidence.
