Frederick Biehl is a trusted business advisor with more than 35 years of experience focusing on commercial litigation, business disputes, and mergers and acquisitions.

Frederick Biehl is a seasoned litigator whose practice includes a wide range of commercial disputes such as, breach of contract claims, shareholder and partner disputes, restrictive covenants and protection of trade secrets, construction defects, general chancery, and civil matters. He is active in numerous federal and state courts throughout the country.

In addition to his litigation practice, Fred has extensive experience representing public and private companies in transactional matters. He regularly helps clients negotiate and draft operating agreements as well as other commercial agreements and has represented numerous companies in connection with the purchase and sale of various business entities. Fred also represents clients in real estate finance transactions as well as general corporate finance and construction loan matters.

Fred serves as general counsel for several small to medium companies. Drawing on his experience with both litigation and transactional matters, he provides a wide range of legal services to his clients, helping them navigate day-to-day issues and providing guidance for long-term success.
