Geoff Lynott litigates complex commercial matters covering a broad range of issues at both the state and federal level, particularly in bankruptcy court, and in various alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediations and arbitrations. His experience includes handling commercial lease disputes, shareholder disputes, insurance coverage litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and other types of contract and business-tort litigation.
Active in supporting pro bono efforts, Geoff represents US Veterans in matters before the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims as well as the Federal Circuit involving access to benefits and other issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Geoff served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable John C. Kennedy, of the New Jersey Appellate Division.
