Gianni Garyfallos focuses his practice on a broad range of complex commercial litigation and business related matters. He participates in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts in New Jersey. Gianni also has experience drafting corporate resolutions and purchase agreements and reviewing merger and acquisition documents.
Prior to joining McCarter & English, Gianni served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Zahid N. Quraishi, District Court of New Jersey. While in law school, he won the 2021 Rutgers Law Moot Court, Nathan Baker Trial Competition.
