Maliheh Zare has more than a decade of experience in legal analysis and serves as an advocate in complex commercial litigation and business related matters. She participates in all phases of litigation and leverages her previous experience as an advanced legal researcher to advise clients.
Maliheh has served as part of lead and local Delaware counsel teams in breach of contract cases and in a wide range of intellectual property disputes with a focus on matters related to trademark, trade secret, and patent infringement representations.
Prior to joining McCarter, Maliheh also worked at a boutique firm where she handled cases related to commercial litigation under the False Claims Act, the violation of non-compete agreements, civil rights violations, and trade secrets misappropriation.
