David Kott and Ed Fanning Submit Third Circuit Brief in NJ Consumer Fraud Case

David Kott and Ed Fanning submitted a Third Circuit amicus curiae brief on behalf of the New Jersey Business and Industry Association, the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, and the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey in Antar v. BetMGM. The brief argues that the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act does not apply to patrons of casinos, and that the exclusive statute that governs gambling operations of casinos is the New Jersey Casino Control Act.
