McCarter & English announced that it represented Chaince Digital Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: CD), a digital finance and technology company focused on tokenization, on-chain innovation, and regulated brokerage services, in an at-the-market offering (“ATM”) under which the company may offer and sell from time to time ordinary shares having an aggregate offering price of up to $300 million.
