McCarter represented Iron Mountain, a global information management leader with an extensive portfolio of the world’s most efficient, secure, and sustainable IT Asset Lifecycle Management (“ALM”) solutions and services, in its acquisition of Premier Surplus, Inc. This transaction was a strategic acquisition for Iron Mountain that will enable it to positively impact and expand its customers’ ability to protect their data with a secure chain of custody, minimize the environmental impact of its IT program, and maximize value recovery, while complementing its existing ALM services.
