Gayle Lamptey is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. She focuses her practice on transactional corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and other commercial matters. Gayle also has experience in advising both international and domestic entities on various governance issues.
While attending Rutgers Law School, Gayle was the Managing Editor of the Rutgers Business Law Review and participated in the Entrepreneurship Clinic where she provided free legal services to local businesses and entrepreneurs with contractual matters. Gayle also served as President of the Black Law Students Association and as a teaching assistant.
