Kendeil Dorvilier is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, complex financings, commercial law, and governance issues. Kendeil is also a member of the firm’s Delaware Corporate, LLC & Partnership Law Group, routinely working on sophisticated matters for Delaware corporations and alternative entities. Kendeil also has experience handling mass-tort insolvencies, most of which involve divisive merger and other complex spinoff strategies.
Kendeil is a graduate of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she served as president of the Black Law Students Association. While in law school, Kendeil also interned for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, as well as the Office of Governor John Carney. In addition to her law degree, Kendeil holds an MBA from Villanova University and a BS in Accounting from Berkeley College. She is fluent in Haitian-Creole.
