McCarter lawyer Omar Bareentto has been accepted into the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder Program for the 2021 program year. Through the Pathfinder Program, Omar will join other early-career lawyers for seven months of exploring their careers and the leadership potential they have demonstrated at their organizations.
The LCLD was established in 2009 by a group of corporate and law firm leaders who were, and still are, committed to creating a truly diverse legal profession.
