Represented amicus curiae in a legal malpractice appeal involving a resident of Pennsylvania who brought the action in New Jersey. McCarter argued that Pennsylvania’s two-year statute of limitation rather than New Jersey’s six-year statute of limitations should apply and the Court adopted McCarter’s position.
