Represented amici curiae in the appeal of a personal injury case in which a bus passenger was injured due to the actions of another passenger. McCarter argued that under the New Jersey Tort Claims Act there should be allocation of fault between the defendant bus company and the injuring passenger. The Supreme Court adopted McCarter’s position. Maison v. New Jersey Transit Corp., 245 N.J. 270 (2021)
