Represented a life insurance company in the appeal of an insurance coverage case involving a life insurance policy at the New Jersey Supreme Court. The Court adopted McCarter's position that when an insured on a life insurance policy makes misstatements as to his health, the policy can be rescinded even if the insured did not have an actual intent to deceive the insurer.
