Medical device manufacturer—Defense verdict and Second Circuit win

Served as lead trial and appellate counsel, and obtained a complete defense verdict in the Southern District of New York and a Second Circuit affirmance for our client, a medical device manufacturer. The plaintiff alleged that the client failed to fulfill its obligations under two agreements between the parties related to the development of a next generational medical device, and sought damages in excess of $8 million.
