Blessing Adeyeye’s practice focuses on securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.
Blessing represents issuers, underwriters, and investors, both domestic and foreign, in a broad range of public and private corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings, shelf registrations, registered direct offerings, private investments in public equity (PIPEs), private placements, secondary offerings, and other securities transactions. Her experience also includes advising on the formation and initial public offerings of special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), business combination transactions, mergers and acquisitions involving public companies, including reverse mergers. She also advises domestic and foreign issuers on corporate governance, Exchange Act reporting obligations, and compliance with listing standards of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Nasdaq, and FINRA.
Blessing has advised a wide range of clients, including public companies, investment funds, private equity and venture capital investors, emerging growth companies, and nonprofit organizations. She has represented clients across industries, including technology, artificial intelligence, life sciences, healthcare, energy, real estate, manufacturing, transportation, restaurant and hospitality, retail, and consumer products and services.
