Daniel Schwartz focuses his practice on complex tort, product liability, and commercial litigation matters. His experience includes representing clients of all sizes across a variety of industries, including property owners, commercial tenants, developers, medical device manufacturers, energy companies, and national trucking and long-hauling companies. Dan regularly appears in federal and state courts and before administrative tribunals.
As part of his practice, Dan is committed to pro bono work. He has provided assistance to those in need by working with Volunteer Lawyers for Justice and assists domestic violence victims through his work with Partners for Women and Justice.
Dan has a diverse background and before beginning his legal career, spent several years working in public relations and digital marketing. This experience informs Dan’s representation as he approaches legal problems from a business and public relations perspective.
While in law school, Dan served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of New Hampshire Law Review and was president of two student organizations. He also worked as a student lawyer in the Intellectual Property and Transaction Clinic at the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property, and interned for the Dallas Cowboys under their General Counsel.
Outside of the office, Dan is an avid skier and golfer, and he spent time as a “ski bum” in Vail, Colorado, before law school.
