Evelyn Li is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice group. She advises public and private companies, as well as investment banks and institutional investors, on a broad range of corporate and securities matters. Her practice focuses on capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and other transactions, as well as ongoing reporting and compliance matters for public companies. Evelyn has represented various Asia-based companies and has cross-border transactional experience across the US and Asia.
Prior to joining the firm, Evelyn was an associate attorney at a leading securities law firm headquartered in New York. She also practiced in the Shanghai offices of two major US law firms, where she advised on Hong Kong IPOs, and at a full-service first-tier Chinese law firm in Beijing, where she focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
