Johanna Peuscher-Funk is an associate in the Business Litigation group, where she focuses on a wide-range of issues arising in commercial litigation.
Prior to joining McCarter & English, Johanna was a corporate litigation associate at a prominent national law firm. Johanna is a graduate of Widener University Delaware School Law School. During her law school years, she served as Wolcott Fellow to Justice Randy Holland of the Delaware Supreme Court and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Sam Glasscock III of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Johanna also spent time as a law clerk and intern in the Administrative Law Division of the Delaware Department of Justice. After graduating from law school, Johanna served as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph R. Sights III of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
