Phillip Pavlick is an associate in McCarter’s Bankruptcy & Commercial Litigation Group, focusing his practice on creditor rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
Phillip is involved in all stages of litigation, with experience that includes devising legal strategies, drafting dispositive and discovery motions, preparing for depositions, and direct and cross examination of witnesses during trial.
His past representations include litigation arising from a multimillion dollar acquisition of a budget rental car company; a high-value arbitration involving counterclaims for breach of contract and faithless servant under New York law; and an intensive two-week criminal tax trial.
