Tim has considerable experience representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure, tax lien foreclosure, and quiet title actions arising under New York state and law, and regularly represents property owners and lien holders in title curative matters. Tim has also represented clients in disputes arising under federal consumer protection statutes, such as the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the US Bankruptcy Code.
