Gary Hall represents public and private sector clients in obtaining governmental approvals for development projects, litigating land use matters, and addressing land use issues related to complex real estate transactions. Gary represents these clients in judicial and administrative proceedings throughout New Jersey involving municipal zoning regulations, other governmental land use regulations, and environmental regulations impacting the use and development of real property. He has represented New Jersey municipal boards concerning land use and zoning matters.
Gary’s land use practice has included Mt. Laurel affordable housing litigation, easement issues and litigation, and administrative proceedings involving redevelopment. He litigates in the trial and appellate courts concerning appeals of governmental decisions on land development applications, challenges to land use regulations, and related controversies.
Gary has authored various articles on land use law topics and is the former chair of the New Jersey Bar Association’s Land Use Law Section.
