Moy Ogilvie is an accomplished litigator and the Hartford Office Managing Partner.
In her litigation practice, Moy focuses on product liability, toxic tort and pharmaceutical matters. She handles state and federal court matters involving exposure to various chemicals or products such as petroleum products, solvents, benzene, silica, asbestos, radiation and PCBs. Moy has served as national coordinating counsel for an international company’s toxic tort docket. She has also handled a diverse array of business litigation matters. She regularly handles pro bono matters for Lawyers for Children America and other organizations.
Moy was appointed by Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont to serve on the Connecticut Criminal Justice Commission. In addition, she currently sits on the Board of Directors for Connecticut Bar Foundation, Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity and the Hartford Youth Scholars.
