Alberto Delgado represents clients in a broad array of transactional matters, including financings, acquisitions and dispositions, and development projects involving every type of asset class from office to retail, industrial, residential, and mixed-use properties. Albert regularly represents lenders and investors in a variety of financing matters, including closing commercial mortgage-back securities (CMBS) loans; originating and modifying construction, permanent, and hybrid loans; and resolving distressed loans through workouts, foreclosures, and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.
To implement some real estate transactions, Albert helps clients employ international and domestic organizational structures and joint ventures. He has represented lenders, investors, and developers in the acquisition and disposition of prominent properties in Florida and throughout the United States.
Active in the Miami community, Albert serves as a mentor with the Belen Alumni Lawyers Section and Agrupacion Catolica Universitaria.
